18-Feb-12 - Shin ai do karate will hold a Jukado Kempo seminar with Sensei Mark Mroszczyk, 4 dan. It will run from 2-5pm at the Briars Centre and will cover stand up fighting, take downs and ground work. All welcome!!! Any questions please contact Sensei Leszek.
