Shin Ai Do

Shin Ai Do at Lightwater

The Shin Ai Do Karate Club at Lightwater is a non-profit making organisation. Our vision is to introduce Shin Ai Do Karate to adults interested in Martial Arts, so we have decided not to charge an instructor fee. The only fees that are charged to students go towards covering venue hire and annually students will be expected to pay for personal insurance.

For groundwork and throws we use mats and when sparring we wear safety gear.
